Membership runs from April to March each year and costs £14. You may join now for our 25/26 membership year and and attend the remaining few weeks of our 24/25 membership year.

You can choose to register with England Athletics (EA) at the same time, but this is not compulsory. This costs £20, making a total of £34.  To see the benefits of joining EA please visit England Athletics website.

Not sure if you're ready to join?  Come along for a free trial session on a Monday evening, meet our members and join us for a run.

We have groups for all abilities so don't worry about not being fast enough.  You will need to be able to run 5km to join a Monday session, but if you're not quite there yet, then join our next Couch to 5K course.
